#792 - 03/13/05 06:07 PM I'm looking at buying a home for rehab but it has mold
Anonymous Unregistered

My husband and I are looking at buying homes to fixup and sell. Today we lookedd at a home that has quite a bit of damage to one room caused by a frozen pipe that burst. And one of the consequences of this is a bad case of mold.

We're wondering how much it would cost to have someone come in and completely remove all the mold from this home. It's currently vacant and would be completely remodeled after.....but even with the low low price is it worth it.

I have pictures of the damage and if you could give me a cost estimate on something like this....and give me a number of a company that does such removal that would be great....this home is located in Hillsboro, OH.

Thanks

I would call a remediator in the area.
