Sounds very likely this could be your problem. Black mold is often the stuff you don't want around your living quarters. It can cause various degrees of stress on breathing, headaches, sinus problems and so on. Some people just can't tolerate it.
You need to investigate what is causing these walls to be damp. Could be coming from the roof edge, around window frames, or maybe the ground too high at the bottom of the outside wall or just too much humidity from cooking or bathing.
Items next to a wall such as dressers don't allow for ventilation of the wall area.
Check the humidity in your trailer and try to keep it no higher than 55%. Using a kitchen or bathroom fan can sometimes help this out.
