brendawis brendawis Do It Yourselfer Registered: 12/21/05 Posts: 1 Loc: Atlanta, GA, USA	I have a 20 year old home with cedar deck and trim in excellent condition. It's stained dark and has a preservative put on every two years. I want to change the color to a lighter one and would prefer not to paint the wood. Is it possible to lighten a stained wood? If I must paint over the stain, what products would you suggest? ------------------
