I'm installing a pedestal sink. The precut holes do not match up with the plumbing coming through the wall. I need to cut a section out of the pedestal sink. What would be the best tool to use. I thought about using a rotozip tool with a ceramic cutting bit, Will this work?

I would want to know what the sink is made out of. Is it synthetic, porcelin, fiberglass, marble, granite, etc.. Some materials are easier to work with. I can imagine the zip tool working ok as long as you can determine you are not cutting any re-enforcement inside.
