Without seeing it, shouldn't be a problem.....just a matter of removing the door and the frame. If the wall is a 2x4 wall, then all you need are some 2x4's. Nail a 2x4 piece on the floor from side to side, then nail 2x4 studs in place at the top and bottom at about 16" centers but can be evenly spaced. Now all you need is some wall board nailed on each side to match the board you have now. If it's drywall, you need someone to tape and fill the joints to finish the job.
