My Garage door has 4 windows [12x16] in the middle of it which allows me to see who's coming up my driveway when I am inside of the Garage, I have tinted the windows for privacy purposes but when the any light is on at night, people can still see into the garage as the tint is not good enough, if I paint the outside glass Black then I won't be able to see the outside from the inside.

I remember seeing a window once that had a "rough" exterior which prevents you from seeing anything at all inside no matter how bright the light is inside of the room at night but when I went inside I could clearly see outside, can anyone tell me where I might be able to get 4 pieces of glass like this and the name of the glass to use on my Garage door? Or if there is anything else, please tell me, thanks.

This is a specialty glass you want.
Try one of your local glass companies. They should be able to help you.
There may be a film you can put onto the glass as well. Check your yellow pages for people that install glass films.
