I live in the Tampa Bay area of Florida and need to replace the screens in my pool cage. The aluminum structure is 13 years old and the white paint is now very chalky.

Before the screens are replaced I would like to repaint the entire aluminum structure and do not want the new paint to chip or peal off. What is the best way to repaint this white aluminum and the best products to use?
