Even if you warm the room, you still need to exchange the air. In other words keep the humidity down by venting out the humid air for dryer air. Simple concept but not always easy to do especially in colder climates like you have and where you have no way of exchanging the air.
Are you getting a lot of air transfer from the house to the entry say by means of a hollow door or poorly sealed door? Remember, the warm air in your house holds more moisture and when it hits the colder room the air condenses because it has reached its dew point which is much lower at the colder temperature.
