I am curious to know how much it would cost to build a bathroom in a basement. It would be 7.5 feet high....5 feet wide...10 feet long. I would have a sink....toilet....and a shower. I would also have a 15 feet walt also built to section off the basement for a bedroom. I would also need drywall hung and finished and I would need elctrical and plumbing also. Pretty much a start to finish job Any help would be appreciated.

A tough one without details.

I would use a range here of 12 to 20,000

the basement will have a saniflo toilet setup. it will also have a sink and a stand up shower. the toilet is the type that sits on the floor without having to dig up the concrete floor. it uses a macerating unit for the waste and grinds it up then discharges the waste through a 3/4 inch pipe that goes to the soil stack. the sink and shower also tie into the macerating tank. i already built the framing for the basement divider wall. it's 12ft long and 8ft high. it has a door also and i also have a closet framed in too. the bathroom also has the framing done. i have put dricore on the basement floor and installed the subfloor on top of it. i hope this helps you in helping me.
thanks
