Anonymous Anonymous Unregistered	my mother in law needs foundation repair - she has a year and a half old bid from olshan for about 3900.00 her daughters new husband does foundation work and will do it for her - here is the question - the home is in northwest harris county and the son in law lives in gorman texas - also, he does not have any insurance and can not provide a lifetime transferable warrenty - she is fixing it to put the house on the market in the next month or two - how important is the warranty, insurance, and local work to this project - thank you in advance

Digging under a home with non insured employees? If someone trips and falls on your property, you can be sued. What if they are crushed under a home digging piers?
