Bought this home in January and it’s my first two story. I can look out the back windows and see how the neighbor’s yards are looking.
As they can see mine.
This home was vacant for a yrear and now that my heart is iffy, I like working more in the yard and less than my normal 18 hours a day on this site.
Must say that building the beds has been easy ( with a lot of hired help ) but the decision to re-sod is a bear.
Big Bucks and Insurance deductables are seeing to it that I don’t have too much extra cash to throw around.
It’s greening up tho! Water bill is going to be hell. But, What the heck.
