IDENTIFICATION

Infested fiberglass and wood around a tub. All tile (surround) had to be removed and mold exposed. Preparing to sand and spray!

for black mold. Notice how the moisture has infested all of the wood touching it.

Mold can pop out from anywhere after the walls are exposed. Now, this tub must be removed to allow personnel access to the mold.

Bad window insulation leads to BIG problems. Once exposed, this contamination has spread from the sill and is climbing up the stud.
