Infested fiberglass and wood around a tub. All tile
 (surround) had to be removed and mold exposed.
 Preparing to sand and spray!
Black mold exposed on the back of drywall after
demo of initial wall. All of the infested areas must
be removed, cleaned & sanded.

Moist Fiberglass is a Favorite food source for
black mold. Notice how the moisture has infested
all of the wood touching it.
More mold infested wood behind a wall. Wood is still
in decent shape, so tear out is not necessary.
 Must be sanded & sprayed.

Mold can pop out from anywhere after the walls
are exposed. Now, this tub must be removed to
allow personnel access to the toxic mold.
Bad window insulation leads to BIG problems.

from the sill and is climbing up the stud.
